Payment Policy: PayPal is the option I have chosen to be paid through. You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay for the product(s). I do not accept e-checks. I will send you an email invoice for payment., so please make sure your email address is accurate. Your mailing address needs to be correct so that I know where to ship the product(s) to. I am not responsible for any item sent to a wrong address through no fault of my own. Please pay on receipt of the invoice so I can complete the order as speedily as possible.

Shipping Policy: Please allow us up a week to complete your order before we send it out. Presently, I am not selling worship silks to those out of the country. Please contact me first as I might be able to arrange something. All orders are sent with a tracking number, within the USA, so you can track the package as it is sent through the mail. I do not mail to P.O. Boxes.

Customer Satisfaction Policy: Our policy is that if you have a CUSTOM ordered product per your specifications, we are not be able to accept a return. However, if the product is damaged in anyway, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If you ordered a product(s) from our regular product line and are unsatisfied, you may exchange it for another item(s) in our product line equal to the cost of your purchase within 14 days of the date your order was shipped to you. You will need to pay for the shipping to return the item(s).  The item(s) you ordered must in the same condition that you received it in.
